Information regarding Returns


Returns(only for B2C) oder claim (RMA)?

We distinguish between returns and claims.

  • Returns: wrongly or too many ordered products
  • Claims (RMA): defect or damaged goods

We have certain criterias in order to issue a credit note.

  • Product has to be purchased form Grazo e.U.
  • Cracked/ broken LCDs will not be accepted
  • Minor signs of usage are allowed for RMAs
  • Has to be announced in the Shop via the RMA Section
  • Credit note will be issued and transferred after receipt & review of the RMA


Returns(only for retail customers / Minim & Impact Products):

If you ordered the wrong product or too much, you need to announce a Return.You can do that by:

Step 1:
Click "Your Account" in the top left corner. There you can choose "add a product return".

Step 2:
Choose the product you want to return to us in the following window.

Step 3:
Choose the listed option, to send back the product.

Schritt 4:
The next steps will be filled out automatically by our shop system.

Step 5:
Please send back the item in it's origianl packaging. We will process it afterwards.

Please Note that the package has to arrive within 14 Days after the announcement of your return. Otherwise it will be declined by the Shop automatically.



Complaint Department (RMA):

If you received a defect or damaged produt, you need to fill out a Claim (RMA). You can do that by:
Step 1:
Click "Your Account" in the top left corner. There you can choose "add a complaint".

Step 2:
Fill out the Document on the following window.


Press "Add a complaint" to send your RMA.

Schritt 4:
Please send back the item in it's origianl packaging. We will process it afterwards. ATTENTION: We do not accept packages that arent prepaid. Please make sure that your Shipment is franked accordingly.

Please Note that the package has to arrive within 14 Days after the announcement of your Complaint. Otherwise it will be declined by the Shop automatically.
